Stone Creek Inn is located in the charming seaside town of East Quogue, one of the Hamptons’ best kept secrets. Nestled along the water, our historic setting offers a peaceful escape with easy access from anywhere on Long Island.
What kind of food do you serve?
We offer French influenced American cuisine, blending classic French technique with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and contemporary American flavors.
Who is the chef?
Our kitchen is led by Executive Chef and Owner Christian Mir, a native of Southwest France known for his refined yet approachable style of cooking.
Where did Chef Mir train and work previously?
Chef Mir trained and worked extensively in France, including at Le Catellas in Collias, where he earned a 14 rating from Gault Millau. His experience also includes working alongside legendary chef Alain Ducasse in Paris.
Who owns and operates the restaurant?
Stone Creek Inn has been owned and operated by Chef Christian Mir and his wife Elaine DiGiacomo since 1996. They are supported by an exceptional leadership team, including General Manager Gabrielle Walsh, whose attention to detail and dedication to hospitality help define the Stone Creek Inn experience.
Are reservations accepted?
Yes. Reservations are required and can be made over the phone or through RESY.
Do you accommodate walk ins?
While reservations are required, we may accommodate walk ins when space allows. Availability is limited, especially during peak season.
Is there a bar or bar seating available?
Yes. We offer bar seating on a first come, first served basis and it is open to both walk in guests and those with dining reservations, based on availability.
Is there a dress code?
Yes. Our dress code is business casual. We encourage guests to dress comfortably while maintaining a polished and respectful dining atmosphere.
Do you offer outdoor seating?
No. Stone Creek Inn is an indoor dining experience, allowing us to provide a consistent level of comfort, service, and culinary quality year round.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We accommodate dietary restrictions daily and are happy to work with you whenever possible. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs at the time of booking.
Do you have a kids menu?
We offer a children’s meal for $26, which includes homemade organic chicken tenders, Mac and cheese, and fresh fruit.
Do you allow dogs?
We welcome trained service dogs as permitted by law. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted on the premises.
Is parking available?
Yes. We offer complimentary valet parking for all guests.
Is Stone Creek Inn wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Stone Creek Inn is wheelchair accessible and features an outdoor elevator to assist guests with mobility needs. If you require any additional accommodations, please let us know in advance and our team will be happy to assist.
Do you allow corkage?
Yes. If you have a special bottle you would like to bring, we offer corkage at $65 per 750 ml bottle. A maximum of two bottles per reservation is permitted.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
A credit card is required to secure all reservations. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged. Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation time will incur a fee of $25 perperson. For special holiday menus, cancellations within 24 hours will be charged half the cost of the special menu.
Is take out available?
Yes. Take out is available from our à la carte menu and can be ordered online or by phone.
Do you offer prix fixe or special menus?
Yes. We offer seasonal prix fixe menus, holiday menus, and special dining experiences throughout the year. Details are posted on our website and social channels.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Stone Creek Inn gift cards are available for purchase online and in house, making them a perfect gift for any occasion.
Do you have space for private events?
We do not have a private dining room, but we can accommodate larger parties in our larger dining space. Availability is limited in July and August. Larger group requests are subject to management approval.
What is the largest table you can accommodate?
Our largest single table seats up to 12 guests. Parties larger than 12 require multiple tables and are considered private events, which include a special party menu and must be approved by our management team.
